K!DS ‘n Missions was founded in 2001 by Elton and Gail Wells as a vehicle for engaging children in missions. Since our inception, we have led evangelistic groups and work teams to Mexico and Central America and conducted seminars to train children’s workers.

Elton and Gail began their work with missions in 1993 when they led their first group of young people to Mexico. Since then, they have organized and led young people, ages nine and up, on short-term missions trips to foreign countries. During that time, they have personally led over 1,200 people to Mexico and Central America. Ministering in public schools, hospitals, orphanages, churches, and villages they have witnessed over 30,000 adults, teenagers, and children accept Jesus as their personal Savior.
Designed specifically for kids, these trips give the children a unique opportunity to experience the work of the ministry. The purpose of these trips is not only to evangelize, but also to teach and train children at an early age to serve God while building character, confidence, and self-esteem. While ministering through drama, puppetry, and song, each child has the opportunity to communicate the gospel message to hurting people.
Elton has earned an Associates Degree in Business from Tulsa Community College in Tulsa, Oklahoma and graduated from Rhema Bible Training Center in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma where he studied Children’s Ministry.
Gail has earned a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education from Southeastern Louisiana University and a Masters Degree in Educational Technology from Mid-America Nazarene University. She also has a certification in learning disabilities and ELL. She has taught in both public and private Christian schools for over twenty five years. In addition, she attended Rhema Bible Training Center in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma for one year.
Both Elton and Gail are licensed and ordained ministers through Victory Fellowship of Ministries. Ministering together for over thirty years, the Wells’ have a very diverse base of Children’s Ministry and Outreach experience. In addition to their experience as children’s pastors, they have conducted Children’s Crusades and Children’s Workers Conferences at local churches and have taught children’s related classes at Victory Bible Institute in Tulsa, OK.
Married for more than thirty-eight years, Elton and Gail have five children and three grandchildren. When in the United States, the Wells’ live in Broken Arrow, OK, a suburb of Tulsa, OK.
